Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and generating leads or sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain the company’s products/services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant information.
- Maintain a database of customer calls and update details in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, or sales.
- Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in all customer interactions.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve conversion rates.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in [Specify Languages – e.g., English, Hindi, Regional Language].
- Ability to persuade and handle customer objections confidently.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Strong listening skills and customer-centric approach.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
