Need a Hospital Administrator for planning, directing, coordinating, and overseeing the operations of a Tikiapara, Howrah based hospital & healthcare facility run by Samaritan Help Mission, a reputed Howrah based NGO with an expectation to deliver high-quality patient care, maintaining financial stability and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the overall operations of the hospital.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures.
- Supervising departmental heads and administrative staff.
- Preparing and monitoring budgets.
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Coordinating with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Managing human resources, including recruitment and staff development.
- Overseeing patient services and quality improvement initiatives.
- Handling public relations and community outreach activities.
- Planning strategic growth and expansion of healthcare services.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
- Master's degree such as:
- Master of Hospital Administration (MHA)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Healthcare Management
- Master of Public Health (MPH)
