About the Role
We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The role involves generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with corporate clients, and driving sales of corporate gifting solutions. Candidates with experience in Corporate Gifting, Promotional Merchandise, Printing, Packaging, Branding, Events, or B2B Sales will be preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Prospect and engage HR, Marketing, Procurement, Administration, and Corporate Communications teams across organizations.
- Schedule client meetings and presentations to showcase gifting solutions.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable gifting and branding solutions.
- Ensure timely communication and excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to generate repeat business and referrals.
Quotation & Order Coordination
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and client presentations.
- Coordinate with procurement, operations, and production teams to ensure seamless order execution.
- Follow up on approvals, purchase orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
Market Intelligence
- Stay updated with industry trends, new gifting products, and competitor offerings.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Gather market feedback and customer insights to support business growth.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Confidence in client-facing interactions and presentations.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.
- Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented approach.
- Strong follow-up and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Prior experience in Corporate Gifting, Promotional Products, Merchandise, Printing, Packaging, Advertising, Events, or B2B Sales will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
