Job Title: Sales Head
Location: Palarivattom, Kochi
Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Based on experience)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead and manage our sales operations at our Kochi (Palarivattom) branch. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in the Education/EdTech sector and a strong track record of leading high-performing sales teams.
Note: Candidates without Education/EdTech industry experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the entire sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive admissions and revenue growth.
- Monitor individual and team performance through regular reviews and coaching.
- Set sales targets and ensure consistent achievement of KPIs.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives and team leaders.
- Track sales reports, pipeline, conversions, and productivity metrics.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Academic teams to improve lead generation and conversions.
- Ensure excellent customer engagement and follow-up throughout the admission process.
- Prepare sales forecasts and submit regular performance reports to management.
- Maintain high levels of discipline, accountability, and team performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 4–6 years of sales experience in the Education/EdTech sector.
- Proven experience in handling an entire sales team.
- Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
