Job Overview:
We are looking for experienced and result-driven Educational Counselors to connect with prospective students, provide career guidance, and drive enrollments through effective counseling and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective students via calls and explain training programs clearly and persuasively

Perform cold calling and regular follow-ups to generate and convert leads

Build and maintain strong relationships with students, addressing queries and concerns

Guide students in selecting suitable courses and making informed career decisions

Manage the complete admission lifecycle from initial inquiry to final enrollment

Maintain accurate records and track leads using CRM tools

Leverage social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook for outreach

Collaborate with internal and marketing teams to improve engagement and conversion rates
Requirements:

5–10 years of experience in educational counseling, admissions, or sales

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Strong convincing and negotiation abilities

Proven track record of achieving targets and converting leads

Experience working in a remote or freelance setup
