Role Overview:
The Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving the product development and roadmap for platform-based solutions. This position involves end-to-end participation across the SDLC— from gathering and analyzing business requirements to solution delivery, testing and post-production support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, update, and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and test cases.
- Conduct business, impact, and data analysis to ensure effective solution design.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Credit, Operations, Product, Technology, QA, and Vendors) throughout the SDLC process.
- Translate business requirements into clear documentation and functional specifications and error free Requirement Documentation Skill.
- Support development and QA teams during build, testing (QA/UAT) and deployment phases.
- Review QA and UAT outcomes to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Oversee production go-live, post-implementation validation, and transition to Run-the-Business (RTB) support.
Core Competencies:
- In-depth knowledge of Loan Life Cycle Management including Loan Origination, Onboarding Delinquency Management.
- Familiarity with NBFC operations and ecosystem integrations.
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining business and functional documentation and test cases.
- Hands-on experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools such as Jira.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across business and technical teams.
- Basic Understanding of API, SQL Query, Integration touch points.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in technology (Preferred).
- BFS experience is mandatory.
- 6 - 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services or lending domain.
- Prior experience is must in Lending Domain from origination & onboarding to servicing and post-closing.
