Job Summary
Sathish Ventures Housing Private Limited is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Post job openings on portals and social media
- Source candidates through calls, references, and databases
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Follow up with candidates and maintain records
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker
- Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements
- Handle joining formalities and documentation
Requirements
- Any degree (MBA HR preferred)
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
- Immediate joiners preferred
