Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive (Meta Ads & Google Ads)

Salary: ₹15000-₹20,000 per month + Performance Incentives
About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have practical experience creating, managing, and optimizing lead generation campaigns while ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns.
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate quality leads through paid advertising campaigns.
- Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and conversion tracking.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience creation.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate with the team regarding landing pages and lead funnels.
- Troubleshoot tracking, attribution, and conversion issues.
- Work with CRM and lead management systems when required.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and Retargeting.
- Understanding of lead generation funnels and landing page optimization.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and make optimization decisions.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of practical experience in Meta Ads.
- Experience running live advertising campaigns.
- Ability to demonstrate campaigns personally managed.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience generating leads for service-based businesses.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Understanding of conversion tracking and attribution models.
