Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise daily production & fabrication activities.
- Manage manufacturing of heavy machinery & industrial equipment.
- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, PPC, Quality, Maintenance & Stores.
- Review drawings, BOMs & production schedules.
- Monitor manpower, machines, productivity & material availability.
- Ensure quality, safety & timely production targets.
- Maintain reports and drive process improvements.
Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
- 4 years’ experience in heavy fabrication, machinery, or industrial equipment manufacturing.
- Knowledge of fabrication, welding, machining, drawings, BOMs & production planning.
- Proficiency in MS Excel & ERP.
- Good leadership, communication & problem-solving skills.
- Ready for Shift Working: Morning & Evening Shifts.
Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
