Role Overview
We're looking for a Sales Coordinator to take ownership of our offline sales team — leading, mentoring, and driving them toward targets — while acting as the key link between the sales floor and company Directors. This is a leadership role for someone who can manage people, coordinate cross-functionally, and keep leadership informed and aligned at every step.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management
- Lead, supervise, and mentor the sales team on a day-to-day basis
- Assign territories and targets to individual team members
- Monitor individual and team performance; conduct regular reviews and coaching
- Handle onboarding/training of new team members
- Resolve day-to-day team issues and keep morale and productivity high
Sales Coordination
- Coordinate end-to-end sales operations: order tracking, dispatch follow-ups, and client communication
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, resellers, and bulk B2B clients (furniture makers, resin artists, flooring contractors)
- Support the team in closing high-value or strategic accounts
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth lead conversion and order fulfillment
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in sales coordination / business development / field sales, with at least 1–2 years in a team-handling or supervisory role
- Strong organizational, communication, and people-management skills
- Comfortable owning targets and being accountable for team output
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in English
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / basic reporting tools
