- Develop innovative architectural concepts based on client requirements.
- Prepare concept plans, schematic layouts, and detailed architectural designs.
- Design residential, commercial, institutional, healthcare, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
- Develop efficient space planning solutions that maximize functionality and aesthetics.
- Prepare architectural floor plans, elevations, sections, roof plans, and detailed working drawings.
- Ensure architectural designs comply with applicable codes and regulations.
- Develop façade concepts and exterior architectural detailing.
- Produce detailed construction drawings for site execution
- Develop realistic 3D models using SketchUp or Revit.
- Create photorealistic renders using Lumion or Enscape.
- Prepare presentation drawings for clients.
- Develop walkthroughs and architectural visualization when required.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
