Job Description:
Plantrich Agritech Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled Coffee Production Supervisor to oversee and manage our coffee processing operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in coffee production, quality control, and team supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise daily coffee processing operations, ensuring efficiency and quality standards.
2. Monitor roasting, grinding, and packaging processes.
3. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
4. Train and manage production staff to optimize workflow.
5. Maintain production records and report to management.
6. Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment functionality.
7. Implement safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
✔ Experience in coffee processing or food production (preferred).
✔ Knowledge of quality control and safety regulations.
✔ Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
✔ Basic understanding of ERP systems (a plus).
