Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Developer with strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and Customer Service Management (CSM). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-quality applications.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow HRSD applications and workflows.
- Configure and customize HR Case Management, Employee Center, HR Services, Lifecycle Events, Knowledge Management, and Document Management.
- Develop Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Flow Designer flows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI Actions, and ACLs.
- Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server where applicable.
- Customize Employee Center (ESC) and HR portals to improve employee experience.
- Work with business teams to gather requirements, prepare technical designs, and deliver scalable solutions.
- Implement security and data separation using HR Criteria, COE Security, and ACLs.
- Support ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
- Support CSM capabilities such as Case Management, Customer Portal, Knowledge Management, Entitlements, and Omnichannel experiences.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
