Job description:
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns across platforms.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure ROI and achieve KPIs.
- Develop strategies for A/B testing ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages.
- Conduct keyword research and audience segmentation to improve campaign targeting.
- Create and present performance reports with actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with content, design, and SEO teams to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and platform changes to leverage new opportunities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other major platforms.
- Agency-side experience is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Data Studio.
- Proficient in managing campaign budgets and delivering ROI-driven results.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication skills for client interactions and internal collaboration.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with e-commerce campaigns or lead generation strategies.
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising or display network campaigns.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or related platforms are a plus.
