Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with hands-on experience in interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of civil construction along with interior design execution, coordination, and site management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, supervise, and execute civil and interior fit-out works at project sites
- Interpret architectural drawings, interior layouts, and technical specifications
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and vendors
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines
- Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
- Manage material procurement and ensure cost-effective usage
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations
- Handle BOQs (Bill of Quantities), estimation, and billing processes
- Oversee finishing works such as flooring, false ceiling, painting, and furniture installation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 3–8 years of experience in civil construction with interior project exposure
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution techniques
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max is a plus)
- Good project management and coordination skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with BOQ preparation and cost estimation
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in commercial or residential and industrial interior projects
- Knowledge of MEP coordination in interior works
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
