- Generate Home Loan leads through field visits, referrals, builders, DSAs, and channel partners.
- Identify potential customers and explain Home Loan products and eligibility.
- Meet prospective customers and understand their financial requirements.
- Collect and verify customer documents (KYC, income proof, property documents, etc.).
- Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams for loan processing.
- Follow up with customers until loan disbursement.
- Build and maintain relationships with builders, real estate agents, and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain daily sales reports and CRM updates.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Freshers can apply (experienced candidates preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in Home Loan, LAP, Mortgage, Banking, or NBFC sales.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Field sales experience is preferred.

Salary
- CTC: ₹16,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)
