We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven E-commerce Category Executive to manage and grow our online marketplace business. The ideal candidate will have experience working with consumer brands and hands-on expertise in Amazon Seller Central. The role involves category management, product listing optimization, inventory coordination, promotional planning, and performance analysis to drive sales growth across e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon Seller Central and other e-commerce marketplaces.
- Ensure accurate product content, images, descriptions, keywords, pricing, and category mapping.
- Monitor sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and key marketplace KPIs.
- Plan and execute promotions, deals, advertising campaigns, and seasonal sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance, and operations) to ensure smooth marketplace operations.
- Manage inventory planning and stock availability to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.
- Analyze competitor activities, pricing trends, and category performance.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and marketplace compliance requirements.
- Work closely with Amazon account managers and marketplace support teams when required.
