1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Contact potential customers from provided databases and inquiries.
- Generate new business opportunities for food processing and packaging machines.
- Identify customer requirements and qualify leads. (Indeed)

- 80–100 calls per day
- 20–30 meaningful conversations per day
- 15–20 qualified leads per week
2. Appointment & Demo Scheduling
- Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and factory visits for the sales team.
- Coordinate with prospects and sales executives for smooth follow-up. (Indeed)
KPI:
- 3–5 appointments per day
- 15–25 appointments per week
3. Follow-Up Management
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Track inquiries until closure or final decision.
- Re-engage dormant leads. (Indeed)

- Lead response within 24 hours
4. CRM & Data Management
- Update call status, customer details, and follow-up schedules in CRM.

5. Sales Support & Conversion Assistance
- Explain machine features, applications, and benefits to prospects.
- Handle basic customer objections and queries.
