Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and inbound calls to customers to promote and sell products
- Handle B2C and B2B sales inquiries effectively
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM software
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and orders
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of telesales and customer handling
- Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
Other Requirements:
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
