About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Email Marketing Executive to generate qualified international B2B leads through strategic email outreach. The ideal candidate will identify potential clients, execute personalized email campaigns, and contribute to business growth by promoting our IT services in global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute international B2B email marketing campaigns.
- Generate qualified leads for our IT services through personalized email outreach.
- Research target companies and decision-makers using LinkedIn, Apollo, Google, Waalaxy, Phantombuster, and other prospecting tools.
- Build and maintain a high-quality prospect database.
- Write compelling email copies and follow-up sequences.
- Track campaign performance, including open, reply, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Business Development team to qualify and nurture leads.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and campaign reports.
- Stay updated with email marketing trends, outreach strategies, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–5 years of experience in Email Marketing, International Lead Generation, or B2B Sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of outbound email marketing and lead generation.
- Experience with tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Waalaxy, Phantombuster, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to conduct market research and identify qualified prospects.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
