Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.
- Create annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans with clear budgets and performance metrics.
- Identify new opportunities for brand promotion, lead generation, and market expansion through traditional marketing channels.
Brand Building & Market Presence
- Strengthen brand visibility and positioning through offline marketing initiatives.
- Plan and execute branding campaigns, roadshows, exhibitions, seminars, networking events, educational institution tie-ups, and industry collaborations.
- Build and maintain relationships with media houses, event organizers, business associations, and strategic partners.
Budget Management & ROI Analysis
- Prepare and manage marketing budgets effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of every marketing campaign, event, and promotional activity.
- Identify non-performing marketing initiatives and recommend corrective actions or discontinuation.
- Reallocate budgets towards high-performing marketing channels and activities.
Lead Generation
- Design and execute traditional marketing activities focused on generating quality business leads.
- Coordinate with sales and business development teams to ensure marketing efforts contribute to revenue growth.
- Track lead generation performance and optimize marketing initiatives based on conversion outcomes.
Event & Promotion Management
- Plan and oversee participation in trade fairs, business expos, networking events, and promotional activities.
- Ensure smooth execution of all offline marketing campaigns within approved budgets and timelines.
- Measure event effectiveness and prepare detailed post-event performance reports.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Present regular marketing performance reports to the CXO team.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Continuously develop innovative marketing approaches to enhance brand reach and lead acquisition.
Requirements:
- BBA, MBA (Marketing), or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Marketing.
- At least 2+ years of experience in a Marketing Manager or equivalent leadership role.
- Proven experience in traditional/offline marketing, branding, events, and promotional campaigns.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
