- Assist customers in selecting baby and kids' products as per their requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Promote ongoing offers, memberships, and loyalty programs to increase sales.
- Maintain product displays and ensure proper visual merchandising.
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations.
- Manage stock replenishment and coordinate with the inventory team.
- Ensure store cleanliness and maintain product availability.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Assist in stock audits and inventory management activities.
- Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain knowledge of products, promotions, and new arrivals.
