Job Description
We are hiring experienced professionals for an International Voice Process supporting US customers. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and prior experience in international customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries professionally
- Support billing, service, and account-related concerns
- Provide end-to-end customer support and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution
- Deliver high customer satisfaction and quality service
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6+ months of International BPO Voice experience mandatory
- Excellent English communication with neutral accent
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in 24x7 shifts (US Process)
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills required
