About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in managing multi-channel paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, and TikTok Ads. The ideal candidate should have experience working with US & UK clients, driving lead generation and eCommerce growth for Shopify stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Amazon Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Manage lead generation campaigns for clients in the US & UK markets.
- Develop and implement paid marketing strategies for Shopify eCommerce stores to drive sales and improve ROAS.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, and Conversion Rate.
- Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor research to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and other tracking tools.
- Create and test ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments through A/B testing.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently and ensure maximum return on ad spend.
- Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to create high-performing marketing assets.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Proven experience managing:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Amazon Ads
- TikTok Ads
- Experience handling lead generation campaigns for US & UK clients.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify marketing and eCommerce campaigns.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and remarketing strategies.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
