Job Summary
JA architects is looking for a creative and motivated Architect to join our team in Madurai. The candidate will be involved in architectural design, planning, 3D visualization, working drawings, client coordination, and site execution.
We are looking for someone with good design skills, technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
Freshers with a strong portfolio and good knowledge of architectural software may also apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, design proposals, plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Prepare detailed construction and technical drawings.
- Create 3D models, architectural visualizations, and presentation drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
- Ensure drawings and site execution follow the approved design.
- Assist in material selection and design development.
- Coordinate with the internal design team to meet project deadlines.
- Prepare project documentation and presentations.
- Assist in resolving design and technical issues during project execution.

Qualification & Experience
- B.Arch / Bachelor of Architecture is mandatory.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Freshers with an excellent architectural portfolio may also be considered.
- Candidates should have a good understanding of architectural design and construction drawings.

- Creative and passionate about architecture and design.
- Strong in architectural drawings and detailing.
- Good knowledge of 3D modeling and visualization.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
