To monitor & maintain day to day production activities.
Utilize manpower properly with training (Toolbox).
Monitoring & Recording of Unsafe Acts, conditions & Near misses. Also records of Accidents & Incidents in packing areas.
To coordinate with QC department for the results of testing to facilitate the achievement of the production target.
In absence of Plant Supervisors, monitor & handle the production activity.
Supervise and allocate workforce for distillation operations as per the production schedule.
