We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in business development activities within a Digital Marketing or Software Development company and possess excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads into business opportunities
- Handle client communication and follow-ups
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations
- Work on tenders and project bidding processes
- Achieve sales conversion targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for project requirements
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year experience in a Digital Marketing Company or Software Development Company
- Knowledge in:
- Tender handling
- Proposal preparation
- Sales conversion
- Client acquisition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Malayalam and English is mandatory
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
