We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to generate leads, coordinate client communications, and support sales activities for our ELV (Extra Low Voltage) and Automation Systems projects. The candidate will communicate with builders, architects, contractors, businesses, and residential customers regarding CCTV, access control, home automation, fire alarm, networking, and security solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing clients.
- Explain company products and services related to:
- CCTV systems
- Access control systems
- Home/building automation
- Fire alarm systems
- Networking & structured cabling
- Gate automation & smart security solutions
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Schedule appointments for sales engineers/site visits.
- Follow up with clients regarding quotations and project updates.
- Maintain customer database and call records.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate with sales and project teams.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Hindi communication is an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Customer handling and follow-up ability.
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills.
Qualification
- Plus Two / Diploma / Degree in any field.
- Experience in telecalling, sales, customer support, or marketing preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
