The Role
As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be the backbone of our daily operations. You’ll balance the "art" of guest hospitality with the "science" of financial management.
What You’ll Do:
* Drive Profitability: Take ownership of P&L management, controlling costs without compromising quality.
* Lead the Team: Mentor, schedule, and manage a high-performing floor team.
* Bar Excellence: Use your expert Liquor Knowledge to manage inventory, reduce wastage, and elevate our beverage service.
* Guest Relations: Ensure every guest leaves with a smile by maintaining world-class service standards.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience: 3–6 years in high-paced restaurant environments.
* Expertise: Solid understanding of Financial Management and P&L.
* Must-Have: In-depth knowledge of Liquor and Bar Operations.

* Salary:₹28,000 – ₹45,000 per month.
