Key Responsibilities
Qualify and manage prospect leads.
Understand clients' property requirements and provide suitable recommendations.
Conduct project presentations, property site visits, and follow-ups.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with homebuyers and investors.
Negotiate deals and assist clients throughout the sales process.
Coordinate with developers, banks, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in Real Estate, Banking or Edtech sales. Candidates with sales experience in consultative selling are preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of residential real estate projects.
Ability to convert leads into successful sales closures.
Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow professionally.
Bachelor's degree preferred (not mandatory).
