Job Summary:
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Psychology Counselor to join our team in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for providing emotional, behavioral, and psychological support to students/clients, conducting counseling sessions, and helping individuals manage stress, anxiety, academic pressure, and personal challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions
- Support emotional and mental well-being of clients/students
- Identify behavioral or psychological concerns
- Maintain counseling records and confidentiality
- Coordinate with parents, teachers, or management when required
- Organize wellness workshops and awareness sessions
- Provide guidance for stress management and career-related concerns
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Psychology/Counseling
- Minimum 1–3 years of counseling experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathetic and patient personality
- Experience in school/college counseling preferred
Salary:
₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month
