Requirements:
- 2–4 years experience in optical retail (preferred)
- Strong communication & convincing skills
- Knowledge of frames, lenses & premium brands
- Target-oriented & well-groomed personality
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend customers & recommend suitable eyewear
- Achieve sales targets & upsell premium products
- Maintain store presentation & customer follow-ups
