- Assess patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide physiotherapy treatments such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, stretching, and mobility training.
- Treat patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, neurological conditions, or musculoskeletal problems.
- Monitor patients’ progress and modify treatment plans when necessary.
- Educate patients and caregivers about exercises, posture, injury prevention, and home-care programs.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Work collaboratively with doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure appropriate use and maintenance of physiotherapy equipment.
- Follow clinical, safety, and infection-control standards.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT).
- Valid registration with the relevant professional/medical authority, where applicable.
- Good knowledge of anatomy, physiology, rehabilitation, and therapeutic exercise.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a healthcare team.
- Previous clinical experience is preferred but may not be required for entry-level positions.
