We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Personal Assistant to manage daily administrative, operational, and personal tasks. You will be the right hand to a busy professional, streamlining their schedule, handling correspondence, and managing household or business errands so they can focus on high-level priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, and book travel arrangements.
- Administrative Support: Screen emails and calls, draft correspondence, and organize digital and physical files.
- Errands & Operations: Manage household upkeep, run personal and professional errands, and coordinate with vendors or contractors.
- Expense Tracking: Monitor daily expenses, maintain receipts, and assist with bookkeeping or budgeting.
Qualifications
- Experience: Fresher or having proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Skills: Exceptional time management, multitasking, and verbal/written communication skills.
- Tech Savviness: Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and calendar scheduling tools.
- Reliability: High discretion, trustworthiness, and the ability to handle confidential information.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospects.
- Qualify leads and book appointments.
- Follow up via WhatsApp and email.
- Update CRM and maintain records.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, cold calling, or appointment setting is preferred.
- Comfortable making 80–100 calls per day.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
