Job Description
We are hiring a Certified Debt Recovery Agent Telecaller who will be responsible for recovering outstanding payments through outbound calls while ensuring full compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers for overdue payment recovery
- Inform customers about outstanding dues, interest, and repayment options
- Negotiate repayment plans as per company policy
- Maintain accurate call records and follow up regularly
- Handle customer objections and difficult conversations professionally
- Achieve assigned monthly recovery targets
- Ensure strict adherence to RBI and company compliance guidelines
Requirement
- Valid Debt Recovery Agent Certificate (Preferred)
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in debt collection or telecalling
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
