About the Opportunity
We are building a premium wooden toys and lifestyle brand and are looking for an experienced Amazon & Flipkart Listing Specialist to help create world-class marketplace listings that drive higher click-through rates, conversions, and long-term brand value.
This role goes beyond simply uploading products. We are looking for someone who understands customer buying behavior on marketplaces and can build premium, optimized, and fully compliant listings.

Responsibilities
- Create and optimize product listings on Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Write compelling product titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend search terms, and marketplace SEO content.
- Create and manage product variations, attributes, categories, and catalog structure.
- Ensure all listings comply with the latest Amazon and Flipkart policies, image specifications, and catalog requirements.
- Guide our photography team on marketplace-compliant product photography.
- Collaborate with our branding and design team to develop high-converting listing creatives, infographics, and A+ Content (where applicable).
- Review all listing assets before publication to ensure quality and consistency.
- Monitor listing health and resolve catalog issues whenever required.
- Maintain a premium and consistent brand identity across all marketplace listings.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon and Flipkart listings.
- Strong expertise in:
- Amazon Seller Central
- Flipkart Seller Hub
- Marketplace listing policies and compliance
- Catalog management
- Listing optimization
- Marketplace SEO
- Product variation management
- Image guideline compliance
- Experience creating listings that improve product visibility and conversion rates.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Jaipur-based freelancer (preferred).
- Experience working with premium consumer or lifestyle brands.
- Knowledge of Amazon A+ Content and Brand Registry.
- Understanding of marketplace pricing strategies.
- Experience resolving catalog and listing issues.
- Familiarity with backend keywords, search optimization, and listing performance improvements.
Portfolio Requirements

Project Details
This is initially a project-based freelance engagement focused on creating and optimizing listings for our product range.
