1. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all investment and insurance-related queries.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
2. Financial Advisory & Needs Analysis
- Understand clients’ financial goals, risk appetite, and investment horizon.
- Recommend suitable mutual fund schemes and insurance products accordingly.
- Provide personalized financial planning support.
3. Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for mutual funds and insurance products.
- Generate leads through references, cold calling, and networking.
- Cross-sell and up-sell financial products to existing clients.
4. Portfolio Management & Review
- Monitor client portfolios and provide periodic performance updates.
- Suggest rebalancing strategies based on market conditions and client goals.
- Keep clients informed about new investment opportunities.
5. Product Knowledge & Compliance
- Stay updated on mutual fund schemes, insurance plans, and regulatory changes (SEBI/IRDAI guidelines).
- Ensure all sales and advisory activities comply with company policies and regulations.
6. Documentation & Process Handling
- Assist clients with KYC, application forms, and documentation.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and transaction processing.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
