About Position
We are looking for a SIEM Administrator to deploy, manage, and optimize SIEM platforms that power our security monitoring and detection capabilities.

What You’ll Do
- Administer, maintain, and optimize SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar, or Microsoft Sentinel).
- Onboard log sources, build parsers, and ensure complete and healthy data ingestion.
- Develop and tune correlation rules, use cases, and dashboards.
- Manage SIEM performance, capacity, and upgrades.
- Support SOC analysts with content engineering and false-positive reduction.
- Document configurations, runbooks, and operational procedures.
Expertise You’ll Bring
- Between 8 to 12 years of experience in SIEM administration and security monitoring.
- Hands-on administration experience with one or more SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel).
- Strong understanding of log management, parsing, and normalization.
- Experience developing correlation rules, use cases, and dashboards.
- Knowledge of security operations, threat detection, and MITRE ATT&CK.
- Scripting skills (Python, regex, SPL/KQL) for automation and content.
- Relevant SIEM or security certifications are a plus.
