Job Hiring: Civil Site Supervisor & Drafter (Chennai) Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and highly responsible Civil Site Supervisor & Drafter to be the "One-Man Army" for our brand-new office in Chennai. This unique role requires a blend of technical office skills (2D/3D drafting) and on-site execution management. If you are independent, thrive under responsibility, and can handle a project from blueprint to completion, we want you on our team. Key Responsibilities Design & Drafting: Create accurate 2D floor plans and 3D visualizations/renderings based on customer requirements. Site Supervision & Visits: Regularly visit sites to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and maintain project timelines. Material Management: Estimate, source, and arrange site materials efficiently to prevent any project delays. Customer Relations: Attend customer calls, handle inquiries, understand their requirements, and provide project updates. Branch Management: Act as the primary point of contact for the new Chennai office, managing daily operations independently.
Requirements & Qualifications Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Technical Skills: Proficiency in 2D Drafting (AutoCAD) and 3D Modeling software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit). Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (extensive local travel required for site visits). Language: Fluency in Tamil (for site labor and local vendors) and manageable English (for customer communication).
