Core Responsibilities
- Customer Intake & Diagnostics: Greet customers, listen to two-wheeler complaints, and conduct preliminary inspections to document vehicle condition and visible damages. [1, 2]
- Job Card Creation: Prepare accurate job cards detailing required repairs, maintenance, and estimated costs, establishing clear "promised delivery times". [1]
- Workshop Coordination: Assign tasks to technicians based on specialization, track repair progress, and manage parts availability. [1]
- Customer Communication: Provide timely updates on service progress and seek customer approval for any additional remedial work or unexpected costs. [1, 2, 3]
- Billing & Delivery: Explain the completed work and billing details to the customer during delivery, and provide basic tips on vehicle maintenance. [1]
- Sales & Upselling: Promote Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), lubricants, accessories, and value-added services based on the two-wheeler's condition. [1]
Key Requirements & Skills
- Qualifications: Diploma, ITI, or a degree in Automobile Engineering is typically preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of two-wheeler components, mechanical operations, and general service procedures.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills to translate complex technical jargon into simple, customer-friendly terms.
- Computer Literacy: Familiarity with Dealership Management Systems (DMS) or standard billing and CRM software.
- Driving License: A valid two-wheeler driving license is often required to test drive or move the vehicles. [1, 2, 3]

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
