We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to manage end-to-end online marketing activities for our diverse portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for executing social media strategies, managing content calendars, optimizing local SEO, and ensuring brand consistency across platforms.
The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of social media dynamics, basic SEO principles, and knows how to use AI and design tools to streamline content production.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Plan, execute, and manage monthly content calendars for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Write engaging captions and coordinate video reels/post ideas.
- Local SEO & GBP: Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles (GBP) for clients, ensure accurate business details, monitor reviews, and improve local search visibility.
- Content Creation Support: Use generative AI tools (like Gemini, ChatGPT) and creative platforms (like Canva) to draft copy, generate marketing poster concepts, and write meta descriptions.
- Campaign Coordination: Work closely with our in-house graphic designers and video editors to ensure visual assets align with marketing goals and are free of errors.
- Reporting: Track and analyze basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, lead quality) to optimize ongoing digital campaigns.
Requirements & Skills
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management (Agency experience is a big plus, but freshers with a strong portfolio or internship background are welcome).
- Tools: Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Google Business Profile. Knowledge of WordPress/Elementor or basic SEO tools is a distinct advantage.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent proofreading skills to catch spelling or formatting issues before content goes live.
- Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills to draft clear ad copy and collaborate with the creative team.
- Location: Must be able to commute daily to our office in Hyderabad.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
