Experience:
- 15–17 years total IT experience
- 8+ years in Project/Program Management

Candidate should confidently handle customer-facing discussions and resolve technical and architecture-related queries upfront.________________________________________Key Requirements
- Strong experience in Mendix platform (development + architecture + delivery)
- Hands-on knowledge of Mendix GenAI (Maia) capabilities
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end project delivery (Agile/Scrum)
- Expertise in solutioning, architecture design, and integrations (APIs, DB, legacy systems)
- Strong exposure to enterprise architecture patterns and low-code transformation
- Confident in customer interactions and presentations
- Ability to address technical/architecture queries independently
- Provide clear, upfront solutions and feasibility insights
- Mendix Certifications (Advanced / Expert)
- Experience in workflow/process-driven applications or legacy modernization
- Mendix + Low-Code Delivery
- Solution Architecture
- GenAI (Maia) usage
- Stakeholder Management
