Your impact
About the Role - We are looking for an experienced Resident Engineer cum Project Manager to lead execution and supervision of wastewater infrastructure projects at site. The role requires strong expertise in Treatment Plant’ erection of MEICA equipment and commissioning, contract administration, and stakeholder coordination.
Oversee day-to-day plant construction activities by leading the site supervision team and assisting the Sr PM
Ensure plant construction/commissioning activities as per approved design and drg so as to meet discharge standards as per environmental norms.
Manage works according to contract requirements, including tracking site progress, identifying risks, and managing potential delays.
Proven Experience in resource planning, approval of the working drawings.
Review of Vendor Credentials of material/equipment and attending Factory Inspections. material reconciliation, quantity verification, and preparation of Joint Measurement/verification Records (JMR).
Review/Verification of RA Bills submitted by the contractor.
Quality control , review and verification of as built drawings, variation order, contract management.
Preparation of draft reply to letters to/of Client/contractor.
Preparation of Monthly Progress Report (MPR) and regular correspondence.
Attending meetings with the client and contractor.
Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
Successful completion of plant’ construction, commissioning, and operation & maintenance (O&M) phases.

Key requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering/ Civil / Environmental/ Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: 20 Years overall experience with 18 years of construction Management experience in development of wastewater infrastructure projects.
Contract appointment. - Duration – Initially 12 months (Extendable as per Performance, Project Requirement)
Location – Initially at BWSSB Project site at Bengaluru
Working Hours: 6 days working (Mon to Sat) – 9 am to 6 pm and as per site requirements
