We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our Overseas Education team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, understanding their study abroad requirements, generating qualified leads, and scheduling appointments for our Academic Counsellors.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided databases.
- Explain study abroad programs, universities, countries, and services offered by the company.
- Qualify leads based on student profile, academic background, and study preferences.
- Schedule counselling appointments with Academic Counsellors.
- Follow up with interested students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and SMS.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students.
- Coordinate with the admissions and counselling team for smooth lead handover.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate / Diploma holder.
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or education counselling.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
- Proficiency in English and Malayalam is mandatory.
- Knowledge of study abroad processes will be an added advantage.
