ORDER MANAGEMENT:
- Process and confirm customer orders placed through the website.
- Monitor order status and ensure smooth order lifecycle from purchase to delivery.
LOGISTICS AND DELIVERY COORDINATION:
- Track shipments and resolve issues related to delayed or failed deliveries.
- Communicate with logistics/delivery partners for pickups, returns, and escalations.
- Handle reverse logistics (returns, exchanges) and ensure customer satisfaction.
CUSTOMER COMMUNATION:
- Interact with customers regarding order confirmations, delivery updates, delays, or return issues.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve complaints professionally.
BILLING AND DOCUMENTATION:
- Generate invoices and maintain billing records for all transactions.
- Coordinate with finance/accounts for reconciliation and payment tracking.
