We are seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Project Architect with 2 to 4 years of robust studio experience. You will translate primary design concepts and structural hand-sketches into high-end 2D and 3D client presentations and comprehensive, construction-ready 2D documentation.
This role is ideal for a professionals ready to take creative and technical ownership of mid-to-large-scale projects under the guidance of the Principal Architects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Drafting: Generate complete, error-free sets of Good-For-Construction (GFC) drawings, internal architectural elevations, detailed flooring patterns, and cabinetry joinery details.
- 3D Modeling & Rendering: Build precise 3D space models and produce high-retention, cinematic walkthrough animations/visuals for client approvals.
- Material & Vendor Coordination: Prepare accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and material selection specifications (finishes, lighting configurations, healthcare/medical-grade fittings).
- On-Site Alignment: Conduct periodic, scheduled site coordination visits to ensure physical construction matches issued GFC drawing layouts and resolve minor technical clashes with the site team.
- Internal CRM Management: Utilize our internal CRM system to upload drawing revisions, update project milestone progress, and maintain perfect digital design records.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch). Council of Architecture (CoA) registration is manditory.
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years of continuous experience.
- Software Mastery (Mandatory): * Advanced proficiency in 2D Drafting.
- High expertise in 3D Modeling & Rendering (SketchUp and D5 Render).
- Technical Attributes: Excellent understanding of construction detailing, material behaviors, internal lighting layouts, and civil dimensions.
- Communication: Clear, professional verbal and written coordination skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
