Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greeting guests, presenting menus, answering questions, and providing recommendations.
- Order Taking & Serving: Accurately taking food/beverage orders (including dietary restrictions) and delivering them promptly.
- Table Maintenance: Setting tables, pre-bussing (removing dirty dishes), refilling drinks, and cleaning/resetting tables.
- POS System Operation: Using POS software to transmit orders to the kitchen/bar and processing payments.
- Compliance & Safety: Following all food safety and sanitation regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Proven work experience as a server or in a customer service role.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift, carry, and balance trays.
- Positivity: A friendly, patient, and professional attitude.
- Technical Skills: Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
