Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Tele Caller to join our Institute. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, providing course information, handling inquiries, and converting leads into admissions.
Responsibilities
- Call prospective students and explain course details.
- Follow up on inquiries received through phone, website, social media, and advertisements.
- Schedule counseling sessions and appointments.
- Maintain records of calls and student inquiries.
- Achieve admission and lead conversion targets.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents.
- Support the admissions and marketing team.
Requirements
- Minimum Plus Two / Degree qualification.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
