Curry and Hops is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth through corporate partnerships, local business development initiatives, events, and strategic marketing collaborations.
The ideal candidate should have excellent networking skills, strong local market knowledge, and experience in restaurant, hospitality, or event marketing. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify new business opportunities, build lasting relationships, and execute initiatives that increase restaurant footfall and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Business Development
- Identify and establish partnerships with corporates, IT companies, business parks, educational institutions, and commercial establishments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR teams, administration departments, and decision-makers for corporate events and employee engagement programs.
- Generate business through corporate lunches, team outings, celebrations, bulk bookings, and catering opportunities.
- Negotiate and manage long-term corporate tie-ups and partnership agreements.
Events & Promotions
- Identify opportunities for in-house and outdoor events to attract new customers.
- Plan and coordinate live music nights, brewery events, themed evenings, food festivals, and promotional campaigns.
- Liaise with event organizers, artists, vendors, and partners to ensure successful execution.
- Support the planning and execution of private parties, corporate gatherings, and special occasions.
Footfall & Revenue Growth
- Develop innovative strategies to increase daily and weekend restaurant footfall.
- Create local marketing initiatives to attract families, professionals, students, and community groups.
- Recommend promotional offers, loyalty programs, and seasonal campaigns to drive repeat business.
- Track campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements based on performance.
Marketing Coordination
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute offline and digital campaigns.
- Coordinate promotional activities, influencer collaborations, and brand activation events.
- Provide market insights and customer feedback to support marketing strategy.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all business development initiatives.
Community & Relationship Building
- Build relationships with local clubs, residential societies, hotels, travel partners, and event planners.
- Represent the restaurant at networking events, exhibitions, and local business forums.
- Develop partnerships that enhance brand visibility and customer acquisition.
Market Research & Business Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, promotions, and market trends.
- Identify new business opportunities and emerging customer segments.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, partnerships, and campaign performance.
- Recommend strategies to improve revenue and market presence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, field marketing, sales, or hospitality marketing.
- Prior experience in restaurants, breweries, cafés, hotels, lounges, or hospitality businesses will be preferred.
