Key roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through corporate tie-ups and B2B sales.
- Build strong relationships with HR teams, Learning & Development departments, and corporate decision-makers.
- Promote EdTech products, training programs, and learning solutions to corporate clients.
- Conduct field visits, client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and partnership agreements with corporate clients.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain sales pipeline, CRM updates, and business reports.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 1–5 years of experience in Business Development / Corporate Sales.
- Prior experience in the EdTech industry is preferred.
- Experience in corporate training, upskilling programs, or educational services.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
